Greer Appointment Cancellation Policy
We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and have a limited number of available appointments. This is based on the time intensive nature of our creative and artistic process along with the meticulous detail required to finish our portraits.
We block out our studio and staff (which sometimes come in from out of town) for two hours for every appointment and only see one client at a time, hence the need to collect a Reservation Deposit. Our calendar is booked months in advance and every client arrives to a team of people ready to serve them. Because of this and and in fairness to our staff, it is important that our clients meet their obligations and the refundable booking deposit serves as a reminder to do this.
The Reservation Deposit reserves your appointment time and is fully refunded the day of your appointment. The only time it would not be refunded is if you do not show up or do not give at least two weeks notice to cancel or change your appointment. The Reservation Deposit is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments within two weeks of your scheduled appointment.
