Greer Appointment Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and have a limited number of available appointments due to the time intensive nature of our creative and artistic process along with the meticulous detail required to finish our portraits.
Our calendar is booked months in advance and every client arrives to a team of people ready to serve them. We block out our studio and staff (which sometimes come in from out of town) for two hours for every appointment and only see one client at a time, hence the need to collect a fully refundable reservation deposit to assure that we are booking serious and committed clients.
The reservation deposit reserves your appointment time and is fully refunded on the day of your appointment as long as you show for your appointment. The only time it would not be refunded is if you do not show up for your appointment time or do not give two weeks notice to reschedule. Reservation deposits on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment time and will be refunded on the day of the newly scheduled appointment. The booking deposit is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments. Reservation deposits can be applied to your portrait order.
